Here is one of the first engineering sample of the Mobile Duron featuring the Morgan Core. This CPU is clocked at 800 MHz, can hangle a maximum temp set to 95°C, and features a 100 MHZ DDR Front side bus and a 64 KB L2 cache. This CPU was built in mid-March 2001 while AMD announced the first Mobile Duron 800 on May, 14th 2001.
